The HG Genuine MTRQ-4S104 transceiver is a high performance, cost effective module for serial optical data communication applications to 200G. The MTRQ-4S104 is designed to datacenter accept 200G Ethernet protocol traffic for 100m links on OM4.

The MTRQ-4S104 integrates four independent transmitters and four independent receivers inside. The module consists of a 850nm VCSEL array, a PIN array,a linear TIA and a linear driver. The MTRQ-4S104 has advantages with low power consumption and low cost.

The high-speed electrical interface is base on low voltage logic, with nominal 100 Ohms differential impedance and AC coupled in the module.

A serial of registers in the module allow the user to access transceiver monitoring and configuration data via the 2-wire management Interface.
