The HG Genuine ATRE-6XXX-1 AOC is a high-performance, cost-effective modules for serial optical data communication applications to 400G, The ATRE-6XXX-1 is designed to Datacenter, accept 400G Ethernet protocol traffic for 70m@OM3or100@OM4 links. The ATRE-6XXX-1 integrates 8 independent transmitters and 8 independent receivers inside. Two 850nm VCSEL arrays, two PIN arrays, linear TIA and linear driver were used in the module. The module has advantages with low power consumption and low cost. The high-speed electrical interface is base on low voltage logic, with nominal 100 Ohms differential impedance and AC coupled in the module. Users can access to a series of registers to monitor and configurate data through two wire serial interface.
