The HG Genuine MTRQ-1D501 transceiver is a high performance, cost effective module for serial optical data communication applications to 100Gb/s.The MTRQ-1D501 is designed to 100G PAM4 single lambda Ethernet and data center accept SMF for 500m links.

The MTRQ-1D501 can convert 4-channel 25.78125Gb/s electrical data to 1-channel 106.25Gb/s optical signal. Similarly, it optically converts 1-channel 106.25Gb/s optical signal to 4-channel electrical data output on the receiver side. The module offers very high functionality and feature integration, accessible via a two-wire serial interface in compliance with SFF-8636.

The MTRQ-1D501 has been designed to meet the harshest external operating conditions including temperature and humidity.
